DESIGN

Developing your project begins once our team has a firm understanding of the outcome that is desired by the client. This is the stage in which we work to refine your idea, creating design packages that allow you to fully visualize your concept. Depending on the nature of the project (eg. industrial design, graphic design, web design), we will use a variety of tools and industry standard programs to execute it to the highest quality.

The following are some of the techniques we will use to develop your product…

• CAD 3D Model Building using Solidworks software. We are able to create highly detailed models with multiple components to better illustrate how your product will be manufactured.
  We can save all 3D models in various file formats for manufacturers: .PRT, .STL, .IGS, .STP, etc.

• Product Renderings with photo realistic finishes using Keyshot and Adobe Suite software. We can tailor any renderings to be used for presentations, client meetings, websites, catalogs, etc. We can apply a variety of materials, textures, colours and settings that are hyper-realistic to reflect how the final manufactured item will appear, creating dynamic marketing images

• Production Ready Technical Drawings using Solidworks software. These will include overall and detailed dimensions of each component. All drawings are available in multiple file formats to best suit each client’s requirements. A final package will then be compiled which can be used to present to manufacturers, buyers, investors etc.

You will be provided a final design document which has manufacturing technical specifications, presentation renderings, detailed notes for pitch decks.

PROTOTYPE

After the design has been finalized, we will arrange for the fabrication of a high quality 3D prototype. This will provide you with a tangible object that helps in evaluating the overall design. Being able to interact with a full scale prototype allows you to understand areas that can be improved for quality control, functionality, aesthetics, or how it is manufactured.

 MANUFACTURE

We will facilitate the manufacturing of your product with top level results, once it is ready for mass production. Our team has built relationships with respected and reliable fabricators that will help launch your product onto the market.

BRANDING

Choosing how to brand your product can be crucial to its success when competing in a fierce marketplace. Our industry experience will help in preparing a unique identity for your product to best reflect its story. We can create custom logos, marketing materials, catalogs, etc. all using industry standard software and available in a variety of file formats.

WEBSITE
Base packages for $700

Our team will create a custom website that is tailored to you. If its an informational site or full blown store, a website from scratch can be quite intimidating, so we have simplified the entire process for our clients. We charge a flat rate for all of our one-stop-shop site creations, and provide the following:

• Built off the squarespace platform, we can hand you over the keys once complete

• Purchase your custom URL and login information.

• Creating the perfect layout and experience

• Uploading information and assets.

• Linking your site to Social Media accounts (if desired).

• Adding your product to the designfor shop page, to increase your traffic.
